After all of the paperwork is done the exciting part begins. We begin your project and commit to a completion date. We communicate with your throughout the process and have a whole team working together to insure quality and on time performance. When the project is complete and the town has issued a certificate of occupancy we schedule a final walk through. At this time we explain all of your homes systems and most importantly which light switch works what. It is our commitment to deliver you a home that is defect free, should we find any during walk through it will be taken care of prior to you moving in. After this our 1 year guarantee begins.
