In the summer of 2007 we were called upon for a 3,000 SF renovation of a pond front home in Eastham. Designed by award winning architect Peter McDonald this was a challenging project. The residence consisted of an old 1960's era home that had been left to disrepair after the previous owners neglected the home.
We were brought in to work with the clients to obtain the necessary permits from conservation, and the town, then execute the project. After 8 months of construction a new rebuilt home rose from the ground. The new home features updated mechanical systems, water filtration, plumbing, a state of the art septic system, well components, and large decks with excellent pond views.
