Since its conception 10 years ago, Coastal Land Design established two divisions. Custom Building Design and Construction & Landscape Design and Construction and is poised to be the design-build company of choice on Cape Cod. With qualified and skilled employees unparallel success can be achieved. In February of 2003 Coastal Land Design incorporated in the commonwealth of Massachusetts under the name Land Cape, Inc. dba Coastal Land Design.

Our goal is to protect and improve Cape Cod?s environment through proper planning, solid construction and vegetative restoration. Coastal Land Design looks to serve those who desire their home and garden to blend together seamlessly and complement the surrounding beauty that attracts so many to Cape Cod.

Our goal is to provide indoor and outdoor living spaces which not only provide your desired result but also help protect the environment. Advances in building materials and construction practices have helped to lower the amount of income American households have to spend on energy from 8% in 1981 to 5.5% today. Our design team works together with you to bring the aesthetic beauty of a Cape Cod home and garden, keeping in mind the value of low E glass windows, insulated exterior doors, proper insulation practices, high efficiency HVAC systems, insulated exterior doors, and some well placed trees and shrubs.
